[/quote] NP PP, you need to change that. Among other things a good self image requires that you not measure yourself against others. It also requires an acceptance that while you aren't what you could be there should be some progress or foundation of good/positives that can be built upon. So even if you don't have much at the moment work on changing that over time and begin today. BTW, there was a time when I could have written multiple negatives against any single positives in my life. It was overwhelming to even consider changing that since I had drifted, well, ran headlong in some cases, toward so many negatives. I remained in that bad place for far to long because the task seemed to great. But I came to a decision that I wasn't going to live that way the rest of my life and with help began a positive rebuild. It took time and wasn't without some backsliding but today, almost 20 years later, I have grown so much and shed the burdens of the past in such a way that I am grateful for all the good in my life now as well as the lessons learned from the failures of my past.[/quote]
