Why is it that people always knee-jerk into visa plots? As a foreigner on a non-immigrant visa, I take exception to that reaction. The world is not all hankering to live permanently in the USA, for goodness' sakes.
Millions risk their lives crossing the desert or in little boats to get here, so yes, many do have a hankering to live in the USA. I have a good friend who is Chinese and here on a non-immigrant visa. She has warned me several times about the bad intentions of foreign women. I figure she should know.
You're an idiot. One single "Chinese" friend of yours does NOT represent the >1 billions chinese people. I am a US citizen and I met my wife in china during a company trip there. My salary at the time was 150k/year. Her family networth is about 200M, totally dwarfed mine. I married her a year later and she came to the US with me and we're happily married for the past ten years. Btw, her parents bought us a 4M homes in Mclean with a couple of Benz as a wedding gift. The world is not all hankering to live permanently in the USA, for goodness' sakes
But I trust the words of a friend who I have known for a dozen years a lot more than you, or a billion Chinese strangers. The lines around US embassies around the world every morning as people queue up to apply for visas would seem to disprove your last sentence. How exactly do people become worth $200 million in a communist dictatorship like China? You don’t know much about the world do you. So many billionaires live in China. Probably much more than in the us
