I fell into a pattern of eating whatever I felt like- no restraint at all. I'm trying to eat no more than 2-3 fruits per day as I could overdo it. I'm way more aware of what I'm choosing to eat- it's amazing how quickly the points add up and the plan is giving me a gut check on what I eat. I feel good about the plan and look forward to seeing if I lose anything during week one. My goal is to lose about 15 lbs. [/quote]
