Hello face twin. Are you also very pale? I have used and enjoyed many an eyeliner that stays well enough on my top lid, but nothing on the bottom till Charlotte Tilbury's Rock and Khol in Veruschka Mink. I think it is the name? She has two eyeliners, but the color is right. Applied very sparingly it smudges like I like, then sets for the day. It wears away just a smidge, but that may have as much to do with the fact that I wear so little.

I could try to remember drugstore options that work better, but in most cases, i save more if I just buy the one thing I can actually [i]swatch[/i] in store, you know? [/quote]

Just wanted to follow up and say I got the brown Charlotte Tilbury eye liner and love it!  It hardly smudges on my lower line and stays put.  When I try to take it off, it's really hard to do.  Thanks for the rec![/quote]
