$20 per consultation so times two kids.  Plus the dresses $80 each and the sash.  One dress will need to be altered but don't plan to do it there.  They didn't have the shoes at that location and since discontinued they can't order it at the store.  I would hope we woudnt be charged again if we went to another David Bridal store for shoes.

Per person?  That's crazy!  Kids are half-peoples... that should be one fee!

I was in a shop in NYC that had a "try on fee."  You had to pay a flat fee (I think it was $20 for adults, $5 for children) and then could try on as much as you wanted.  If you bought something, that fee went towards the cost of the purchase.  If not, you were just out the fee.  It was to combat the women who came in to try on the clothes to get the correct size and then order online for cheaper.  [/quote]this is 6 yrs old, nobody cares anymore.  Can we please let it die?
