If I’ve had a long day at work (or if he knows it’s going to BE a long day for me) my DH does the same thing. It means a lot to me knowing that he wants to make coming home easy for me and help me kinda seamlessly transition into relax time. It’s thoughtful to me that he’d want to take the burden of me maybe having to make dinner off my plate, or that he’d think I want a favorite comfort food. [/quote]
