[/quote] I’m a teacher so I’m already running around all day. The neighborhood where I work isn’t that safe so unfortunately walks are out before or after work. I used to do barre and really liked it but the closest studio is about 20 mins from my house without traffic. It ends up being a 2 hour event and I don’t have that much time. Things I can do at home will be what I’ll have most success with. -OP[/quote] I'd recommend the barre3 workouts you can stream online. I think they are great if you have done barre before. IMO the best of their workouts require hand weights and a ball, but those are not that hard to get. Good luck![/quote]
