Since the late 90s until today Columbia and Penn have been gaining ground over Dartmouth and Brown.

Some might say the trend is to stay , but given the history of ups and downs who knows what it will look like in 20-30 years from today. The only bet I would be willing to put money on is that HYP will continue to be on top.
