Keep her in dance OP. Dancers are amazing athletes, fitter than many other sports. If she is just recreational though right now and you want more cardio, try hip hop or jazz.
My daughter is exactly like OP's. She hates PE and sports. She takes two different types of dance a week. Let that be her thing and she will build confidence by getting good at that. Hip Hop and Jazz are much more exercise than ballet for example. If she dances twice a week, and you do hiking and biking some weekends, does videos with you at home sometimes, and she has PE in school that is a good start. I also second the idea of gymnastics. A lot of gyms will let you go and do a trial class. My DD is generally not into sports, but we have had the most luck with tennis because it is individual and non competitive. She plays tennis outside in the Spring. Some kids are more naturally athletic than others. I have one that loves sports and PE and one that doesn't. I wouldn't push too hard as long as you find something active for her to do a couple days a week.
