Yes, it is through the FFX County Government, and  you can browse all classes they offer (including summer camps) here:

They run anywhre from $150-$300+ and my kids have loved all of them (specialty, and regular camps). They are usually based at county rec centers, but some of the camps may be bussed to other locations from there.

My kids also tried SACC and didn't like it (totally depends on the staff that you happen to get), but that might be an option as well. [/quote]

+1 My kids have loved the Fairfax County Parks camps.  Most run 9-4 and there is before/after care available for a slight extra cost.  We usually pick one or two of the more expensive camps (fish and explore, excursion camps, kayaking) and mix them in with the less expensive options.

There's also RecPac, which is less expensive, but has shorter hours and I don't think aftercare is available.
