MCPS is not allowed to use skin color as a factor in admissions. It's illegal -- indeed unconstitutional -- for MCPS to do this. If you have evidence that MCPS is doing this, then you should stop wasting your time on DCUM. Go and report it directly to the US Department of Justice.[/quote]
