I had to fight my husband on this one but I just told him that I need the counter space which we couldn't have had with double and that he always got priority for the sink when he needs it. Mostly it's his shaving in the morning and I just stand to my side and do makeup. We have a nice wide mirror though so the whole vanity works. I would have done double if we had enough space to placate him but I think single is enough. Counterspace, drawers, storage and mirror size - all more important.[/quote]
