OP's DH is trying to sabotage her attempt to enter the workforce by refusing to care for their baby and threatening to get full custody and divorce. that's abusive, not a "move to protect." A non-abusive spouse would not block her move towards financial independence, **especially** if divorce is already a possibility. He'd see it as a responsible thing to do on all sides. [/quote]
