You don't have to be rude. Thank you for the information. It still doesn't seem like it should be legal to be digging holes underground in a crowded suburban neighborhood. (Houses on that street are very close together.) I'm not an engineer, but it seems like that might destabilize your own property or neighboring properties. Based on the limited information available in the news articles, he does not seem stable and it does not seem like he was engaging in safe activities. [/quote]
