You need to back off and roll with things. And no, there are reasons why he might not ghost you. You could be plan b, as in he has feelings for someone else but thinks you are okay, so he's dating you as a distraction. If he senses how needy you are, that explains why he's reluctant to sleep with you. It's also possible that you are an ego booster for him if he recently had a breakup or rejection, but he still might not be that into you. You need to stop pinning your hopes on this guy.
