Daily I see her interacting with students all over the school, she plays board games with students who demonstrate kindness every afternoon and is constantly walking around the halls. She's not a very good manager and doesn't really demonstrate any leadership skills but she cares about the kids.[/quote] I teach at the school. She does not know the names of any of the children in my class room. In fact, she has not even stepped into my classroom this year.[/quote]
