Hahaha, no. He doesn't ONLY pee on tires. He can use toilets, public and at home. But I always ask him if he has to pee before we get in the car and if he says yes, then I don't walk back into the store/mall/target/library. I just have him pee on the tire.[/quote]

Mental illness. Totally serious. Normal people do not do this.  The saddest thing is that her poor kids live with such an unstable mother. Best thing for those kids would be divorce with dad getting custody.  [/quote]
