[/quote] PP, that's because those people are likely sitting in layers urine soaked clothing, or haven't bathed in months, are incontinent, etc. A homeless person and a toddler peeing in the parking lot doesn't have the same smell. I can assure you that a small amount of a child's pee on the tire/asphalt/bushes does not smell. Heck, even a small amount on their clothes hardly even smells. You'd have to have 50 toddlers all peeing in the exact same place (probably on cloth) for it to smell terribly. [/quote]
