When you shop at safeway you enrich the group and its owners. The group owns various businesses, some of which are not nice. The owner is also a Trump advisor. Therefore I would prefer not to shop at Safeway. 2/ My local Safeway keeps taking out staffed check outs and replacing them with self serve. So, I shift my grocery spend from Safeway to a full service store avoiding a nasty company and supporting jobs. [/quote]
