How many rich white parents on this forum alone seek to hire counselors to help their kids with their applications?   How many hire private tutors?  You really think only Asian American students prep?

Not only do white parents hire private tutors and admissions counselors, psychologists, and have no problem with prescription medications (supposedly for ADHD but really to "force" kids to stay up and study) etc. etc., they also use any and all connections to "game" the admissions process. Let's subpoena emails and phone records of upper class white parents to see how much tutoring, counseling, medicating  and "use of connections' goes on as well.[/quote]

Stop generalizing, this "white" parent did none of the above and intentionally kept both children off of ADHD meds, even when their colleges were trying to shove it down their throats.  Both children made it into the colleges of their choice on their own and succeeded med free and are successful independent young adults per suing their dreams.  I am an upper class white parent, and we are all not the same. Stop it.[/quote]
