My parents didn't want me to have to work my first two years so I could get settled and have plenty of time to study and do activities, but I was so much happier once I had a PT job. I needed the structure, and I enjoyed doing the semi-mindless stuff at work and interacting with adults--it was a nice mental break from school and the intensity of being with friends all the time.[/quote]
