Wow--just wow. If that's what they're spending $$ on it doesn't make you less upper class. Wtf is wrong with people here. The median income in the US is 55k,THAT is middle class![/quote]

You're wrong.  If they are spending most of their income on childcare and a mortgage for a normal house hey can't afford any of the luxuries that one associatesnwith being wealthy, such as luxury cars, private school, expensive vacations, etc.

They are more than welcome to move out here to Fairfax with the rest of us schmucks and spend a bunch of time and energy commuting to their jobs like we do.  Then they'll have plenty of money for fun luxuries.  They've traded money for time.  The rest of us don't have that option.  [/quote]
