SCOTUS has articulated the standard in a recents string of cases for publics. What is the DOE doing again? And BTW-- white parent here with a kid at TJ. The students who have a legit beef about being held to a higher standard in college admissions are Asians-- especially inIvys and STEM programs. My kid will get in to a college with a lower GPA and lower SAT that his Asian classmates. But sure, affluent whites are being shafted. [/quote] No they can't.
