Good looks have to be maintained. If you have a fat belly and flabby arms, it's time to get back into shape. Find a workout routine or classes you enjoy. What happened to your long luscious locks? It sounds like cut and color are in order. Hopefully, you are using salon quality products on your hair. You should also use high quality skincare products. At this point, you should definitely be using an anti-aging system. Daily sunscreen is a must. A visit with a dermatologist to address your skin concerns is in order. Dietary changes are also needed. Eat more fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats. If you're wearing t-shirts and yoga pants daily, it's also time for wardrobe improvements. Be sure to take care of yourself mentally and emotionally. Sever toxic relationships. Surround yourself with people who support you.
I think this is the best response so far. I'd add that I went through a dumpy phase after my baby. It wasn't until I did some hard working out that I got back in shape. Once that was back, I could maintain. Then I read How Not To Look Old. Lot of good advice for transitioning out of your younger years. I got a new cut. I revamped my wardrobe by first throwing out everything unflattering or that I didn't feel was "me" anymore. I picked a style and stuck with it so it's easy to dress myself. I don't have time to think about what to wear so I make sure I have a lot of dresses. Dresses are so much easier than tops and bottoms. I had major stress in my life that was ruining my face so I get Botox/Dysport. Huge difference and no one knows unless I tell them. It's s misconception that you can always tell. You can only tell the bad Botox jobs. I also got an amazing flattering haircut and watched you tube videos on makeup tutorials. And I can't change the stressors in my life. I am stuck with them so I went and got meds. Antidepressants and benzos. Flame away if you will but I startled sleeping good and stopped feeling like a wreck. Now, the hot dads at daycare are always checking me out and I get the helped and doors opened, etc. My husband is very happy too.
