Oh God. It's awful but as millennial, we do judge people off their phones. One time I was hiking, and my phone died. The friend I was with had an android and we took a picture on her phone. When I showed it to other friends, they wondered what the hell had happened to my phone to make it turn out so bad and grainy looking. It's kind of a joke among people my age group how bad Androids are. However, not being invited to a group chat... thats a bit much. I would say they might be superficial in the extreme (and that means a lot from me because I already know my group is superficial :) )
I have an iPhone and google nexus. The iPhone is a work phone that was forced on me. I'm an engineer and most engineers at my work have an android. The android with google fi network is infinitely better than the iPhone, including the camera. I judge people who "think" iPhones are the best phone.
+100 My husband was recruited as a Sr. Software Engineering Director for Apple, however prior to Apple stealing him away he worked for Google for 10 years. He said that the Google Nexus & any of the Samsung S series cameras are FAR superior to the iPhone's camera, in every way, shape or form. When he was headhunted by Apple, he was told that one of the priorities that his newly formed team would be tasked with, was improving the iPhone's camera software capabilities & capacities. I think it's hysterical how sanctimonious, judgmental & arrogant the above poster & her superficial set of friends are (she seems very proud of that) yet in reality, they're the ones being judged for their ignorance & inferior product. Only an insecure, materialistic wannabe takes pride in being superficial & judging people for what they DON'T have... keepin it classy.
