If the paybis high, then your RSUs are shit. Normally the pay is low with high RSUs. Ans obviously the big bucks are in the stocks.

Yes, but as with many IT companies, you really can see it coming. Not 
at THAT level. I ended up at Palo Alto and made a mini fortune, as i went pre IPO. People areound here make a job out of playing the game with the IT IPOs and stock run up with RSUs. My DH is doing it right now with a white hot tech company.[/quote]

Random that this popped again. Yes, we have kids. Hours are normal, upside is huge and once you are in job mobility comes easy.
