[/quote] You could find a nice townhouse in West Springfield. Look at Daventry. A single family will be tough with that budget. Schools are great. My husband also commutes to the Navy Yard. Takes about 30 min any time leaving before 6:15. Leaving there at 5 will take an hour most days. You have to leave by 3:30 to get the 30-40 minute commute home. [/quote]
