I just wish he would update the manual underwriting and credit score crap because it's not realistic and in most if not all cases it simply will not work here. You can't have a plan that only works in some places and in some situations. Not having a good credit score will negatively effect everything you do unless you have all the money you could ever want/need already. [/quote]
