+1 It's a sad reality that many young parents today don't get or don't want to get. No one gets to have it all. There are only 24 hours in a day. Hard choices have to be made. Some people put more time on careers than their children. [/quote]

Exactly. Smart parents provide the balance by one parent with a career as the focus, while the other parent makes the children and household as the priority.
