At least at our daycare, each infant teacher has 3 infants. They can't physically feed 3 infants at the same time. So one teacher sits two infants in the low to the ground "high" chairs with the little tables and puts the food out/spoon feeds/whatever depending on what the parents sent in for the kids. So my kid might have bananas and chicken while the baby sitting next to him has puffs and sweet potatoes. The other kids are napping and or playing with the other teacher. There was no schedule in the infant room, the babies napped on demand and ate at around the times the parents indicated on the daily sheets dependent on the baby being awake at the right time. Now, the toddler room and up are definitely schedule oriented. [/quote]
