Experiences- an escape room experience, iFly ziplining, tubing, kayaking, white water rafting, spy museum, baseball game, book of bad jokes, magic set, weekend away, tickets to a sporting or other event.....
NP but I love all of these experience ideas! Thanks!
You are welcome! We do a lot of "experience" gifts. To keep it fun at gift opening time, we will sometimes wrap clues or have a "hunt" kind of thing to find information etc. Sometimes I will even ask "Do you want to know what the experience is going to be or be surprised?" Each kid has sometimes picked "surprise" and sometimes picked knowing on the gift giving date (e.g., Christmas, birthday...). One time my daughter knew we were going on a weekend trip but chose surprise as to where. I made her pack all of this random stuff.... Another time, I told one of my offspring (when he chose surprise) that they needed to go to the doctor for some extra shots..... we had a couple of friends meet us at the doc's office and we whisked off to our experience instead.... so much fun :-) And GREAT memories.
