He has not had any contact since I've posted originally.  I think he is done.  His parents have called me and said they'll try to talk to him, but I don't know what could possibly be accomplished.

We do not have formal custody, child support arrangement and at this moment I think that might work in my favor.  If I ever want to move, I don't have to go through the courts to get his approval and he will not care enough to initiate the process himself to stop me.  [/quote]
