Maybe Trinity DC.
I was thinking if things go well at trinity dc she could transfer to catholic university next year. There's a college for everyone. All hope is not lost.
I now have reservations after looking into Trinity College Washington. I'm afraid her chances of transferring to another college like Catholic University after a year could be ruined if she has a bad experience at Trinity. I think your neighbors DD is better than most of the students at Trinity and I wouldn't want to offend her. Maybe a cc college is not bad for one year if she takes easy core classes and makes sure to get financial aid in on time for the next academic yr. She need to stay motivated and focus at a cc. It might be too late for CU FA unless you know someone there and they can make an exception, but then it's so expensive. She could transfer to that state college in NC a PP mentioned. Too bad you could not connect with the PP and that student in NC.
