I would like to start a business that creates a program that tests and identifies areas of knowledge gap in math (starting with Algebra) so I can target areas for tutoring instead of just tutoring kids randomly. For example, if a kid knows how to do all his multiplication except 8s and 7s why tutor them in everything. In the past there were progressive tests (by microsoft) that would identify weak areas for your MS certification and only test you in weak areas or just end the test if there were no weak areas.
