I agree, and I read that this family were the only customers left in the restaurant at the time as the much session was over-they were likely finishing up and thought kid looking out the window 5 feet away was no big deal.  I doubt they could have ever anticipated that he would be crushed to death by the faulty design of the restaurant.  I totally place complete fault  on the Westin/Sun Dial.[/quote]
