Any one location in Ward 5 would be hard for a lot of families. Any one location in Ward 4 would be hard for a lot of families. For us, Ward 5 for the rest of the LAMB experience would probably be a dealbreaker. But we live far away from South Dakota - I never imagined going there for longer than two years. And even then, I thought we might leave the school if it came to that. LAMB admin needs to stop changing their minds all the time. People are buying houses based on those plans!
SD was always a lease. WR and MO are owned by LAMB. This stuff is knowable - caveat emptor.
Right. It's always been clear that they wanted to get the Upper elementary to Walter Reed. And there was lots of back and forth amongst the admin about keeping SD even after WR was done, but now that so many Ward 5 families (and 6,7,8 too) attend there, they can't close it. Right now, at least.
