Kensington- town of or Parkwood. Both are great!
Agree, but budget might be tough.
Agree w/this. TOK is totally small-town feel - a sweet downtown complete with old-timey gas station and train station (MARC), plus annual parades for July 4th and other holidays that are fun. We live nearby and our kids have done sports teams with families from Parkwood elementary, and they do seem to be a tight bunch and reasonably down-to-earth compared to some of the surrounding areas.
