Exactly.  I'm black and most of my "black" friends voted for Catania.  A lot of people knew that they could continue to make money under Bowser - and that definitely included white people. As a matter of fact, even though Catania won Ward 3, Bowser won the parts of Ward 4 that are WOTP.[/quote]
