They're partnering with a franchise-style private school partner. Cost is $20,000 per child. It won't ever be a charter school. It's a version of home schooling or un-schooling for people who don't want to do all the work themselves.

Their hope really is for vouchers!    [note - their 1st hope was to get into Holy Trinity this year.  Many from Hyde applied - a great fund raiser for the school through application fees][/quote]

That won't work either. Vouchers will be targetted -- for low income families and, if they are feeling bold, for students with IEPs. [/quote]
