I'm in NY--ethnic slang words like "schmuck", "stunad", "gringo" etc...they've all entered the lexicon of the masses (the greatest extent that swear/slang Words can), whether one is of that background or not.[/quote] A good New Yorker should be able to swear in Italian, Yiddish, Spanish and at least a couple of other languages.
