Then, to top it all, the Sewanee student had a great college experience, made many friends, joined a fraternity/sorority, graduated and found a good paying job right back here in DC. The poster meanwhile probably (i) transferred to at least one more school because he/she wasn't happy or accepted; (ii) had at least one major change, maybe more; (iii) still lives at home, and (iv) wishes the Sewanee "friend" would quit talking about all of the good times he/she had in college.
