This.  And there's that poster on the other thread about CBP ignoring the court ruling who is arguing that Marbury vs. Madison is extra-Constitutional and it's not a violation of their oath for Federal employees to ignore court orders and instead act on their own interpretations of the Constitution.  I'm keep bouncing back and forth between feel sheer disbelief of the stupidity of Americans and sheer panic at the magnitude of the conspiracy.  I honestly don't know which one is real.  I keep hoping that this is like some sort of test or experiment and the adults are going to step back in the room at some point and explain to us the point...but then McConnell's on the morning shows refusing to acknowledge that maybe this whole "ban legal immigrants" thing is a touch extreme even for Congressional Republicans.  Meanwhile Cheney's calling it unAmerican.
