Congressional Rs don't need to build support right now for their policies. In fact, they know their policies could not possibly muster broad-based support...so distractions from their policies serves their interests. They have both Houses of Congress and a POTUS who will sign anything that Bannon puts in front of him. That's all they need.[/quote]
