Flight to UK is about 7 hr. Flight to CA is 5 hrs. Plus, you have customs to go through in the UK. As far as distance is concerned, CA is better. Having stated that, I would obviously be ok with my kids going to London for college and would even encourage it. OP - did you know that for the most part, undergrads can graduate in 3 years in the UK, instead of 4? [/quote]
