No question Trump will have to deal with this when he comes into office.  However, why is this on Republicans?  What did the Republicans have to do with our Middle East policy?  Who set the red line and then watched it be crossed?  Who created the mess in Libya?  Who left Iraq with a vacuum?

I think what that PP is saying is that since the Repubs voted Trump in, however Trump responds, Repubs are responsible for it.

Given that Trump seems to have a lovefest with Putin, and so now does half the Republican Congress, the response will be nothing.  Trump will give Russia carte blanche to do whatever they want, even if that means more and more countries get sucked into this regional war.[/quote]
