I agree about the ER not being a great solution if you can avoid it. However, if he's a danger to himself or others, that is your best bet. We have gone past the point of 18 with my DC (stabilized for a while but now, not so much) and your options are greatly limited once your child is over 18, so do everything you can now. [/quote]
