FCV coaches...Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee STOP playing your favorite legacy FCV players and listen to those parents. It doesnt work!!!!
Poor results today against Celtic?
Nope..actually talking about Saturday games
Who did they play Saturday? What happened?
What always happens… FCV legacy coaches—three of ’em, mind you—decided to stick with their golden picks, playing favorites longer than a possum hangs on a tree branch. These players couldn’t handle key positions or keep up with the speed of the game, but sure, why not let ’em hog the spotlight? And naturally, this masterpiece of coaching brilliance led to a tie. Bravo, truly inspiring stuff for everyone else on the team!
So you’re talking about 2012s 2-2 draw against SYC. That SYC team is a top 50 team nationally. They haven’t lost a GA game all season (fall and spring) and haven’t given up 2 goals in a league game since early November. The current players and coaches pulled off a minor miracle by drawing against SYC. Kudos!
Or you could be talking about the 2011s, who drew against SYC 0-0 Saturday. Both games are impressive progress from the fall games between these teams, when SYC won both games 4-1. Shouldn’t a VRSC parent be thrilled with that kind of improvement? Maybe you’re not one.
There aren’t many legacy FCV players on the 2012 team so I’m assuming this is directed at the 11s. Either way, improved and great results against top teams in the league.
