Cannot speak to the other teams or boys but for girls next year, based on the ones I know, U9/10 coach is excellent (good enough for San Diego Wave is probably good enough for DMV travel soccer), u12 coach knows soccer, (UEFA B, former pro player, 25 years plus coaching experience), U13 coach is phenomenal (basically getting an HP elite coach three days a week), U14 is the technical director (cannot speak to him as a coach). There are very few changes on the girls side this year, which is good, means Valor is establishing development pathways and stabilizing. A couple of the coaches I just mentioned joined Valor last year and has made material improvements to the program this year. There is still a lot to do, but it is improving. I am sure some parents not on the top teams [b]feel [/b]differently, but what is mentioned above are [b]facts[/b], not opinion. Take it FWIW.[/quote]
