The judge even had to step in when Angifilo suggested that the prosecturos improperly decided what charges to bring. The judge told the jurors to disregard that part, and he didnt wait until the end, he stopped him immediately after he said it.

He told the jury diddy bought the video from the hotel security not because something illegal happened, he wasnt worried about that, but to protect both their public images.

Agnifilo said Diddy wouldn't have released those sex tapes, sure he might have said it, but he never would have done it.

Oh and he said Diddy wouldn't set Kid Cudi's car on fire. Diddy was a man, and as a man he would have confronted him and fought him, because that's what men do.

I would be livid if I were Diddy.  Agnifilo was very undherwhelming, and sometimes, IMO, insulted the intellegence of the jury.
