If MCPS is fully compliant with the law and has no ulterior motive, why are you so afraid of scrutiny from the White House or the DOJ?  It is the DOJ’s job to stand up for the civil rights of all Americans - including kids who go to Wootton.  OTOH, even if Option H is deemed legal, it is still a a bad look for MCPS to erase a proven top performing school with a Question Mark.[/quote]
